A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNT4O0D APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL
CORPOP.ATION REPRESENTATIVE.

4~THEREAS, it appearing to the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, a municipal corporation and a political sub-
division of the State of California, that it is desirable and
necessary to appoint an agent for this municipal corporation to
act for and in its behalf in the Small Claims Court of the
Compton Judicial District, County of Los Angeles, State of
California,
T^]HEREAS, it further appearing that Charles J. Middle
is a suitable individual for such appointment,
NOT4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Charles J.Middle
be and is hereby appointed to represent and appear for said
municipal corporation in the lawful process of any and all claims
filed in said court, and is further '~utho~ized and empowered to
accept service of process issued by said court, for and on behalf
of said municipal corporation.
I certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Lynwood at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the 18 day of November, 1975.
