CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-30
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY
REPORT ON MEDINA MORNINGSIDE STORM SEWER DITCH
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve the Medina Morningside storm
sewer ditch south of Medina Morningside Road, west of Elsinore Circle in the vicinity
of Lot 3, Block 1, Beasley Bluffs subdivision and to assess the benefitted properties
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik and Associates for study and that the city engineer be instructed to report
to the city council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Phil Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, James Johnson, Ann Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
