A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
TO THE CITY OF LYNWOOD GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council, pursuant to law, did on
September 16, and November 18, 1975 hold a public hearing on the adoption
of the Land Use Element to the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council has carefully considered all pertinent
testimony offered in the case, as presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by law to adopt a Land
Use Element to the General Plan in order to designate the general
distribution and location and extent of the uses of the land for housing,
business, industry, open space and other categories of public and private
uses of the land.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
resolves, orders and approves the adoption of the General Plan Element
of the City of Lynwood, titlede
"LAND USE ELEMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA"
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1975.
