CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-37
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the City Clerk -Treasurer be hereby authorized to
transfer the following funds:
1. $305,888.98 from the TIF Capital Projects Fund to the 1993 TIF
Debt Service Fund.
2. $179,267.31 from the TIF Capital Projects Fund to the General
TIF Debt Service Fund.
3. $642,138.00 from the General Fund to the Woodlake Landfill
Fund.
4. $12,464.56 from the General Fund to the 1985 Debt Service Fund.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Arm Thies and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, Johnson, dies, Philip Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis
and the following voted against: none
and the following were absent:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
21st day of June , 1994
