ORDINANCE NO. 14S-1 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING CHAPTER 32
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY PERTAINING TO WHEN SIDEWALKS ARE REQUIRED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 32 (Streets& Sidewalks) Section 32-103 (Sidewalks Required)
is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection J as follows:
Section 32-103.Sidewalks Required
J. Exception-The Council may by resolution waive a sidewalk otherwise required as a result of
an ex ansion of an existing facility in an industrial zone where such expansion is funded in
whole or in part by Industrial Development Bonds(RSMo_Chapter 100).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
