MEETING: Economic Development Advisory Committee Regular Meeting

1. Regular Meetino: Roll Call
2. Approval of enda:
Philip moved to approve the agenda and Craig seconded the motion to approve the
agenda. Motion carried 7-0.
4. Craig moved, and Philip seconded the motion to encourage the Town of Fraser staff
and Board to continue working on and exploring sponsorship of a mountain bike event in
Fraser. EDAC concluded that such an event will likely have significant positive impact
upon the interests of the Town of Fraser.
5.
Craig moved, and Philip seconded the motion that the Town of Fraser staff should
pursue:
• modifying the code to allow for manufacturing of marijuana infused products in the TOF
• modifying the code to allow for cultivation of marijuana in the TOF
• modifying zoning to allow the sale of marijuana in PDDs
• consider a potential cap to the number of dispensaries
• consider allowing dispensaries to be open until midnight based on the appropriateness
of the location
6. Adjourn:
Philip moved, and Barry seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 7-0.
