Reaular Meetina: Roll Call
Aaprovai of Agenda:
Philip moved to approve the agenda and Barry seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 7-0.
Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes- January 23, 2018
Toni moved, and Philip seconded the motion to approve the amended consent agenda. Motion
carried 7-0.
Discussion:
a) Fraser Valley Festival (bike event)
b) Retail and Medical Marijuana Code Updates
c) US -40 Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project
d) Jon Schallert Community Reinvention Program
Craig moved, and Philip seconded the motion to amend the existing code with marijuana updates and
adopt an excise tax for manufacturing and wholesale sales of marijuana. Motion carried 7-0.

Barry moved, and Shelly seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried 7-0.
