1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
2. Approval of Agenda:
Deb moved to approve the agenda and Barry seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
Minutes- August 28, 2018
Deb moved, and Barry seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
3. Discussion:
a) Fraser Center for The Creative Arts
i. Final Deliverable
ii. Fund Raising Strategy
iii. Communications Strategy
Economic Incentive Program- Hefner Property
Craig moved, and Deb seconded the motion that the current economic incentives should be extended for two years until December 31, 2020. Motion carried 6-0.

Philip moved, and Shelly seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 6-0.
