HomeMy Public PortalAbout1994-038Member Ann dies adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 94-38 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR THORPE DISTRIBUTING 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Thorpe Distributing Company (the "Applicant") has requested approval for a replat of property which is now legally described as Thorpe Distributing Addition; and WHEREAS, the planning commission has reviewed the preliminary plat of Thorpe Distributing 2nd Addition for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city and following a public hearing thereon, has recommended granting preliminary approval of said plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval for the plat of Thorpe Distributing 2nd Addition is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final plat must provide the drainage and utility easements required by the city engineer; 2. The Applicant must submit title evidence to the city attorney for his review in order to identify the necessary parties to sign the plat; 3. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of approval of this resolution or an extension of such time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and 4. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application. Dated: July 5 , 1994. Anne E.
