Diane: Sarahs,Uncle Harvey's,Twinings, Meadow Bog Mike: Pilgrim,Uncle Seth's,Uncle Israel's, Ice House Gilbert: Deep, Shoal Carolyn: Boland, Gould Water Quality Advisory Panel Update: A draft Concensus Agreement has been produced and agreed to by all but one of the participants.The agreement provides for the sewering of the central business district of Orleans and the area immediately around Meeting House Pond. Non-Traditional remediation will be tried in other areas of the town.The full draft Agreement is available on the Town Web site. http://www.town.orlearts.ma.us/water-quality-advisory-panel The next step is placing a warrant article on the Town Meeting agenda for funding of approximately one million dollars for design of the projects. Expectations are that the sewering will be in place by 2020 and the New Technologies in testing by 2018. New Business: April Meeting: Our next meeting will be held on April 16 in the Nauset Room and will be a joint meeting with the Orleans Board of Selectmen. Representatives of Eversource (formerly NSTAR) will be there to discuss the ongoing cormorant roost problem on the transmission lines over Cedar Pond. State Representative Peake and State Senator Wolf have also been invited to attend. Other items: Pleasant Bay Study: The Pleasant Bay Alliance has contracted with the Cadmus Group to update the existing Pleasant Bay Water Quality Report. A first draft is expected the week of 4/13/15. Boland Pond Sampling: Two more "First Flush" rain storm samples need to be taken before the end of the contract at the end of June 2015.
