APPROVING CONTRACT WITH OSWALD ENTERPRISES, INC.
TV INSPECTION AND CLEANING OF STORM SEWERS
TENNYSON ESTATES ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, CME Associates has advised the Borough Engineer that the TV inspection and
cleaning of storm sewers needs to be performed on a portion of the Tennyson Estates Road
Program; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that a contract with Oswald Enterprises, Inc.
for TV inspection and cleaning of storm sewers on a portion of the Tennyson Estates Road
Program at a cost not to exceed $11,550.00 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Engineer, Purchasing Department and C.ME Associates.
Adopted this 4"' day of March, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 5, 2010.
