ORDINANCE NO. I Ll 5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH WEATHERCRAFT,
INC. FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE JOHN G. CHRISTY MUNICIPAL BUILDING.
WHEREAS, Weathercraft, Inc. has become the apparent best bidder for roof replacement
at the John G. Christy Municipal Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The bid submitted by Weathercraft, Inc. is declared to be the lowest
and best bid and is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Weathercraft, Inc. for roof replacement at the John G. Christy Building.
Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.

Staff recommends award of the bid in the amount of$55,966.00 to the lowest and best
bid meeting the specifications as submitted by Weathercraft of Jefferson City, Missouri.
