RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010 CDBG PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has been allocated $101,700.00 from the
Middlesex County Housing and Development Program for the 2009 CDB year;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Friday, February 3, 2009 to solicit
comments and reconunendations from the residents of the Borough of Carteret;
Md ;
WHEREAS, the Community Development Board has had the opportunity to
discuss the proposals with the Mayor and Council and representatives to the
Middlesex County Housing Community DevelopmenfProgram; and
WHEREAS, it is the consensus of the Community Development Board that the
following programs meet the guidelines of the Citizen's Participation List of
Eligible Activities:

\VHEREAS, as the above programs were unanimously approved by the
Community Development Board at a Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and COlIDCil of the
Borough of Carteret hereby consent to the snblnission of the above named
proposals. Adopted this 4th day of March, 2010
