RFSOI.I~ON OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKEE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR
TO EXF_L'U'~ DONNER TRAIL PARCH ~ MAP (BUII PINE
WHERF_AS, upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, the map for
Donner Trail Parcel Map is approved as a confomfing map.
NOW, Tl-li~~ BE IT RESOLV~ BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCRI~, ~ as follows:
1. That the Donner Trail Parcel Map (Bullpine and Donner Trail) is
hereby approved for recordati_'on; provided however, that all street dedications are
rejected, and the Parcel Map shall include notes specifying "non-distmbance" areas
to protect the Donner Trail location as recommended by the Town Planner.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Parcel Map as directed herein as provided by law.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 19th day of August, 1993, by
Council Member Cross who moved its adoption, which motion being duly
seconded by Council Member Aguera was upon roll call carded and the
Resolution adopted by the following vote:
