A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE CITY CODE
WHEREAS, Common Council has by Ordinance 116-1997 recently made major
modifications to Chapter 74 of the City Code regarding city owned off-street parking; and
WHEREAS, as part of the above ordinance, a new section 74.47(i) was added to the
Code requiring specific parking places to be designated for monthly pass holders on certain of the city owned off-street parking facilities; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that such section requiring specific parking
spaces should not be included in the Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as follows:
1. Sub-section 74.47(i) is hereby deleted. [Except as to that off-street parking facility described within sub-section 74.47(b)(6) of the Code.]
Passed and adopted this 5th day of January, 1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
