CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-46
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR
THE REPLAT OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, CREEKSIDE OF
MEDINA
WHEREAS, Finn Haug and Maurine Connolly (the "Applicants" ) have requested
approval for a replat of the property which is now legally described as Lots 2 and 3,
Block 1, Creekside of Medina; and
WHEREAS, this matter has been reviewed by the planning commission at its
meeting of June 14, 1994 and the city council at its meeting of July 5, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval for the replat of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1
Creekside of Medina be granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat must show all drainage and utility easements required by
the city engineer;
2. The final plat as presented must be submitted to the zoning
administrator within 180 days of the date of approval of this resolution
or an extension of such time must be granted by the city council prior
to its expiration;
3. The Applicant must submit updated title evidence to the city attorney
for his review in order to identify the necessary parties to sign the
plat; and
4. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount
necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this
application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
John Ferris
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, James Johnson, Thies and Mayor Anne Theis
and the following voted against same: none
Members Absent: Philip Zietlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
