adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-47
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
THORPE DISTRIBUTING 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Thorpe Distributing Company (the "Applicant") has received
preliminary approval for the plat of Thorpe Distributing 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been reviewed by city staff and found to be in
compliance with the preliminary plat and the requirements of the city's ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval for Thorpe Distributing 2nd Addition is hereby
granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat must be filed of record with Hennepin county within 60
days of the date of this resolution or final approval shall be considered
null and void; and
2. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount
determined by staff to equal the city's cost in reviewing and approving
this plat.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
James Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :
John Ferris, Johnson, Thies and Mayor Anne Theis
and the following voted against same: none
Members absent: Philip Zietlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
