MINUTES
JULY 15, 1986
IIINITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Atkins called the meeting of the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15,
1986.

Assistant Executive Director Shaw
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mrs. Swain, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, the Minutes
of the July 1, 1986 meeting were approved as written with Messrs.
Dennis and Froehle abstaining.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. SET PUBLIC HEARING: RESOLUTION CRA 276: ACCEPTING STATEMENT
OF EXISTING OBLIGATIONS, PROJECTS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES
OF THE ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Executive. Director Koski advised that the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency is carrying out a program and activities
for the Rosemead Boulevard Redevelopment Project. Section
3334,6 of the Health and Safety Code requires that the Agency
deposit tax increment proceeds to the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Fund on an annual basis with certain exceptions for
existing obligations and programs. Agency members received a
copy of the Statement of Existing Obligations and Existing
Programs of the Rosemead Boulevard Redevelopment Project.
Mr, Gillanders moved to accept the Statement of the Agency per
Resolution No. CRA 276;. authorize the Executive Director of
the Agency to transmit,a copy of the Statement to the City
Council of the City of-Temple City and to the California Department
of Housing and Community Development; and set public hearing
for August 5, 1986, seconded by Mr. Froehle and unanimously
carried.
B. RESOLUTION CRA 277: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Gillanders moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 277, a
Resolution allowing claims and demands in the amount of
$300.00,, seconded by Mrs. Swain and unanimously carried.

7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None
8. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Gillanders, seconded by Mrs. Swain, the meeting
of the Tem)le City Community Redevelopment Agency adjourned at
10:12 p.m. The next meeting of the Agency will be held on
August 5, 1986.
