RESOLUTION NO. 74-40
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THE LEGAL REP-
RESENTATIVES OF THE CITY
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that the following are appointed as the legal
representatives of the City in the indicated capacities:
John J. Murphy City Attorney
M. Stephen Coontz Assistant City Attorney
Milford W. Dahl, Sr. Deputy City Attorney
Roger A. Grable Deputy City Attorney
Homer L. McCormick, Jr. Deputy City Attorney
James E. Erickson Deputy City Attorney
Leonard A. Hampel Deputy City Attorney
Robert S. Lewin Deputy City Attorney
Thomas P. Clark, Jr. Deputy City Attorney
David C. Larsen Deputy City Attorney
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforesaid appointments are
subject to the terms and conditions outlined in that certain
letter from the firm of Rutan & Tucker to the Mayor of the City
of Lynwood, dated April 29, 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that none of the individuals listed
hereinabove shall represent any member of the City Council of the
City of Lynwood except in such member's capacity as a member of
said City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as otherwise specifically
provided by the City Council, the firm of Rutan & Tucker is ap-
pointed as special counsel for the City on all legal matters not
handled by the City Attorney and his staff.

resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of said
city at a regular meeting thereof held

NOES: COUNCILMEN Morris, Rowe.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None.
