LEVYING ASSESSMENTS IN THE MATTER OF

11VHER~AS, pureuant to Sectiore YE1090 and 18091, the Cit~
Engineer has submitted to thie Council, a report; and,
WHEREAS. this Council hae reviewed and coneidered eaid
report,
NOW, THEREFOREy the City Council of the City o4 Lynwood
HEREHY DOES RESOLVEy FIND, DETERMINE AND ORDER ae foliowe:
SECTION 1. The report aubmitted by the City Engineer
contains all the information reqcuired by Streete and Highwaye Code
Section 18090.
SECTION 2. The amounte to be aeeessed againet the indi-
vidual parcels ehown on the aseessment diagram contained in said
report are hereL~~r ar~~roved and canfirmea~ and the City Clerk i~
hereby directed to endorse the fact ar~d date oP euch approval on
eaid report.
SECTYON 3, The Cit~ Clerk hereby ie authorized and di-
rected to file a certiPied copy oY the diagram and aeeesement
contained in the aforesaid report with the Aseessor and Auditor
of the County of Los Angelea,
