TEMPLE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 2, 1986
Chairman Atkins called the meeting of the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:35 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2,
1986.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Froehle, Gillanders, Swain, Atkins
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mrs. Swain, seconded by Mr. Dennis, the Minutes of the
August 19, 1986 meeting were approved as written with Mr. Gillanders
abstaining.
4. UNFINISHED BUINESS:
None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 281: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mrs. Swain moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 281, a Resolution
allowing claims and demands in the amount of $7,870.92, seconded
by Mr. Gillanders and unanimously carried.
6. COMMUNICATIONS:
None
7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None
8. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mrs. Swain, the meeting ad-
journed at 8:40 p.m. The next meeting of the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency will be held on September 16, 1986.
