AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAl'lCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010-2011 LICENSE TERM
'WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO INC. for the 2010-
2011 License Term by the following:
FAISAL ISLAl\1
'VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Ta.xicab Driver License be
granted to FAISAL ISLAl\1 for the 2010-2011 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Al'ID IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010~
2011 License Term to FAISAL ISLAl\I.

and certified as a true copy of the
