DIRECTING THE ISSUAl'lCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
ROTARY CLUB OF CARTERET
\VHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and COW1cil of
the Borough ofCarteret by Rotary Club of Carteret; and
\VHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant; and
\\'HEREAS, the applicants have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Al'lD IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and COllllcil by
issuing proper. presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of tIus Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by the ~'Iayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting held on
Anril 22. 2010.
