AUTHORIZING THE CARTERET REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES \VITH CME ASSOCIATES-
2010 ROAD PROGRAM PHASE A & B
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret in association with the Carteret Redevelopment Agency
(C.A.R.A.) is in need of specialized engineering services in connection with the 2010 Road
Program for Phase A & B pursuant to the Borough's redevelopment program; and
\VHEREAS, CME Associates, possesses the requisite skill and expertise to provide said services
and has submitted a proposal to provide said ~ngineering services; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has assigned this effort to C.A.R.A. for general administration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
earteret have reviewed said proposal and are authorizing the Carteret Redevelopment Agency
(C.A.R.A.) to proceed as necessary to implement the above capital improvements.
