CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Atkins called the meeting of the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 1986. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Members - Dennis, Froehle, Gillanders, Swain, Atkins Absent: Members -None Also Present: Executive Director Koski. and General Counsel Martin 3 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Gillanders, seconded by Mr. Froehle, the Minutes of the regular meeting of December 2 were approved as written. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None 5. NEW BUSINESS: A. TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT FOR JULY 1, 1985 TO JUNE 30, 1986 Executive Director Koski advised that the Redevelopment Law requires that the Agency approve and present to the City Council an annual report on or before December 31 of each year. Chapter 1523 of the 1984 Laws of the State of Cali- fornia shifted two elements which were formerly required in the annual report to the Agency budget. The 1986 -87 budget should, therefore, be amended to include: (1) a work pro- gram for fiscal year 1986 -87, including goals; and (2) an examination of the previous year's achievements and a com- parison of the achievements with the goals of the previous year's work program. Mr. Gillanders moved to amend the Agency's budget for fiscal 1986 -87 to add the work program for the coming year and the examination of achievements of the previous year's goals and work program; and adopt Resolution No. CRA 290, A RESOLUTION OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT AND AMENDING ITS ANNUAL BUDGET, seconded by Mrs. Swain and unanimously carried. B. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 289: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS Mr. Gillanders moved to adopt Resolution CRA 289 allowing claims and demands in the amount of $2,971.18, seconded by Mr. Froehle and unanimously carried.
