Secretary’s Report:
Minutes of Nov 10, 2009 presented.
Michaelyn motioned to accept minutes as written.
Ron seconded motion.
Three approved, with one abstention.
Treasurer’s Report:
Depot‐Plexi or glass for windows onside door. Approved $75.00 max.
McFarland Sanger‐5K (+ our $800.) available but not showing up on printout.
Trust‐Ron confirmed 10K invested. (This, plus $500. Will be put into trust.)
Bob motioned to accept treasurer’s report. Claire seconded. Unanimous approval.
85 Main Street:
Michaelyn motioned to write a letter to owner Joe Strazulla (cc: Plan. Board & Historical Society)
to request he donate the 3 windows he is removing to the Historical Society. Nancy seconded.

Follow‐up next meeting. Roger is not here.
CAA/ESL/HCAM:
Creating a partnership to share resources and ultimately have one Art Center. ESL is moving
into the Terry farmhouse Feb. 1.
Kelly Grill met with HHC to discuss ideas for ‘adaptive reuse’ of Terry Barn and how this can
happen while maintaining historic value to Hopkinton. Kelly had to go to another meeting
before we finished. She was asked to come back in January to finish the discussion.

Hours: 11‐4, Dec hours as needed.
