AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS),SCHEDULE(V)(DISABLED PARKING SPACES),
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A DISABLED
PARKING SPACE ON A PORTION OF WEST HIGH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401,(Streets and Highways,),Schedule(V), (Disabled Parking
Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition
of a disabled parking space on a portion of West High Street, to read as follows:
High Street West: on the south side of the 100 block being a 20 foot space beginning and being
east of a point 40 feet east of the east curb line of Washington Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
