RESOLUTION N0. 74-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD RELATING TO THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has heretofore pur-
chased from the State of California that certain property
known as 11000 Wright Road, and more particularly described
as that portion of Lot 4, Downey & Hellman Tract as shown
on a map recorded in Book 3, at page 31, Official Records,
County of Los Angeles; and
WHEREAS, the City has received an offer to purchase
said real property from Ryan Outdoor Advertising, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood hereby does find, determine, resolve and order as
follows:
1. The aforesaid real property has not been and
is not now dedicated to a public use.
2. The City of Lynwood does not now have and does
not anticipate in the reasonably foreseeable future having
a need to utilize the aforesaid real property for public
purposes; and the said real property is declared to be
surplus to the needs of said City.
3. The public interest and convenience require
that the aforesaid real property be sold.
4. Subject to compliance with Section 65402 of
the Government Code of the State of California, the appro-
priate officials of the City of Lynwood are authorized and
directed to execute all documents necessary to effect the

sale of the aforesaid real property upon such terms and
conditions as may be approved by this City Council.
