RESOLUTION NO. 74-g4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE PERS6NNEL CLASSIFICATION PLAN BY ADDING
THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF RECREATION CENTER SUPERVISOR,
GIRL'S AND WOMEN'S ACTIVITY SUPERVISOR, AND
PLANNING DIRECTOR AND MODIFYING HEIGHT REQUIREMENT
FOR THE POSITION OF POLICE OFFICER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Under Section 2, Subsection C of the Personnel Ordinance
No. 671, the City Council shall adopt a position classification plan by authority of
that section may amend or revise the plan as necessary.
Section 2. That the classification description of Recr~ation Center
Supervisor, Girl's and Women's Activity Supervisor, and Planning Director be
added to the Personnel Classification Plan and shall read as per the attached
specifications for these positions.
Section 3. That a modification to the classification description of Police
Officer be added to the Personnel Classification Plan and shall read as follows;
Minimum height shall be changed from the present 5' 8" to 5' 7"
with minimum weight to remain at the present 155 pounds;
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS , 15th Day of October,
1974.
