AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS),SCHEDULE(R),(RESERVED PARKING AREAS),
PARAGRAPH (A), (GENERALLY), SUBPARAGRAPH (3) (POLICE BUSINESS
PARKING), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A
PORTION OF WEST MCCARTY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and.Highways), Schedule R, (Reserved Parking
Areas), Paragraph (a), (Generally), Subparagraph (3), (Police Business Parking), of the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion of a portion of
West McCarty Street, as follows:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
