A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO RESCIND
RESOLUTION NO 13-8565, FOR HOME OWNERSHIP
PARTNERSHIP WITH OPA-LOCKA COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORP ("OLCDC") TO ASSIST CITY
EMPLOYEE WITH HOMEOWNERSHIP ACQUISITION
PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No 13-8565,the City of Opa-locka("City")proposed a
partnership with Opa-locka Community Development Corporation("OLCDC")to assist in obtaining
home ownership for City employees; and
WHEREAS,the City approved Resolution No 13-8565,in support of the home ownership
acquisition program; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to rescind Resolution No
13-8565 for home ownership partnership with Opa-locka Community Development Corporation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. Resolution No 13-8565, for home ownership partnership with Opa-locka
Community Development Corporation is hereby rescinded.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO PARTNER WITH THE OPA-LOCKA
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORP (CDC) FOR HOME
ACQUISITION FOR CITY EMPLOYEES; PROVIDING
FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to partner with Opa-
Locka Community Development Corp ("CDC"), in order to assist City employees in obtaining
home ownership; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission desires the City Manager to work with the Opa-Locka
CDC to assist City employees interested in purchasing a home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby directs and
authorizes the City Manager to work with the Opa-locka CDC in developing a program to assist
interested City employees with the opportunity to obtain home ownership.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
