A RESf~LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZE DEVELOPMENT
OF A DRAFT APPLICATION FOR A-95 REVIEW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood intends to apply
for a block grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, said funds will be allocated to the City as block grants
from the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, a citizen survey has been utilized to collect citizen
opinion for the expenditure of said funds; and
WHEREAS, a committee of citizens has reviewed the survey results,
weigh~ed the results and made recommendations concerning the priority of
projects and expenditure of funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood hereby approves the projects and expenditure of HCDA
funds made a part hereof and authorizes the preparation of a draft application
to be approved for submittal under A-95 review.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1974.
