A RESOL,UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE
CIT'Y OF LYNWCX7D n:ECI..ARING I°TS A~,~,~ii$ TO
URDER VAC;ATION OF A CER~'AIN EASEMEN'I'.
WHEREASg the City Council of the Clty of Lynwood has been petitioned
by Pacific Southwest Realty Company, a Delaware Corporationp to conaider
relinquishment of pipe line, power line and pole llne easements on Lot 125,
Tract 2551, in the general vicinity of Peach Street and Beechwood AvenueD in
the City of LynwoodD C;alifornl.a; and
WHEREAS, the City no longer requires said easements for utility
purposes; and
WHEREASa there i9 no other public utillty wlthln the easementa,
NOW, THEREFORE, the ~ity Council of the City of Lynwood resolv~t s
as follows:
Section 1. It is the intention of t.he Clty Council of the City o£ Lynwood
to vacate all of the easement herea£ter. describedo
Section 2, 'The easemernt proposed to be vacated is described as an
easement affecting the exterior boundar~ies for the purpose of pipe linesa power
lines and pole lines on Lot 125- Tract 2551D recorded in Book 6586, page 285
of Deeds, all within the City of Lynwoody Californiao A map or plan showing
the location of easement is on flle in ti~e of£ice of the City Clerk and reference
is rnade to said map or plan for further particulars,
Section 3, On December ].'7D 1974D the City Council held a public
hearing and determined from the evidence submltted that the easemernt
is unnecessary for present or prospectfve usee
