AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010-20II LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE for the 2010-
20 II License Term by the following:
ASHLEY O'ROURKE
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to ASHLEY O'ROURKE for the 2010-2011 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT is HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Term to ASHLEY O'ROURKE.
Adopted this 6th day of May, 2010
and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on May 7, 2010..
