AUTHOillZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010-2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and tbe proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for EXPRESS TAXI for the 2010-2011 License Term
by the following:
GERALDO RODillGUEZ
'VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Ta.xicab Driver License be
granted to GERALDO RODillGUEZ for the 2010-2011 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Mlmicipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Tmdcab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Tenn to GERALDO RODillGUEZ.

and certified as a true copy of the
