ORDER TO APPROVE THE BORROWING OF FUNDS
TO PAY COSTS OF THE SALTONSTALL FIELD AND
COURT LIGHTING REPLACEMENT PROJECT
2024 — O -
ORDERED: That the sum of $498,000 is appropriated to pay costs of improvements at
Saltonstall Park, including the demolition and removal of existing lighting and furnishing of
new Musco or other sports lighting and appurtenances, and further including the payment of
all costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer,
with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and
pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue
bonds or notes of the City therefor.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: That a copy of said Order be forwarded to the City Auditor
and City Treasurer/Collector
