CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-74
RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
COUNTY ROAD 116 TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT
BUT DEFERRING PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND
INTEREST THEREON
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the city
council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment
for the single family residential properties for the County Road 116 trunk water main
improvement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows :
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof , is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special
assessments against the lands named therein, and each tract of land
therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the improvements
in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Payment of principal and interest on the assessments against each
property shall be deferred, and no interest shall accrue, until such
property is connected to the Co. Rd. 116 trunk water main.
3. Upon the connection of any parcel to the Co. Rd. 116 trunk water main,
the clerk -treasurer is authorized and directed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the Hennepin county auditor so that the
assessment hereby levied against such property may be extended on the
property tax lists of the county.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anne Theis, John Ferris, James Johnson, Ann Thies and Phil Zietlow
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
