I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Peacock, called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL
Cesar Hernandez, Oversight Board Staff, called the roll:
Present: Board Members Catherine Burroughs, James Hazlett, Dale
Shaffer, Scott Wiles, Vice Chair Linda Payne and Chair Steven
Peacock
Absent: Board Member Brian Haworth
III. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
This time is set aside for Successor Agency staff to update the Board on
important items initiated by staff or previously requested by the Oversight Board.
Chair Peacock inquired about the hiring of the new City Manager. Tracey L,
Hause, Administrative Services Director, informed the Oversight Board that
Bryan Cook was hired as the City Manager. Ms. Hause further informed the
Oversight Board that Mr. Cook previously worked for the City of South Gate
as the Finance Director.

IV. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
1. Recommendation: Approve the minutes for October 15, 2013. (14-4219)
On motion of Vice Chair Payne, seconded by Board Member Wiles, duly
carried by the following vote, the Oversight Board approved the Meeting
Minutes of October 15, 2013:
Ayes: Board Members Catherine Burroughs, James
Hazlett, Dale Shaffer, Scott Wiles, Vice Chair
Linda Payne and Chair Steven Peacock

V. RECOMMENDATIONS
4. Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving a Recognized Obligation
Payment Schedule (“ROPS 14-15B”) for the period of January 1, 2015 through
June 30, 2015, in order to comply with Section 34177 of the Health and Safety
Code. (14-4223)
Tracey L. Hause, Administrative Services Director, presented an overview
of the Staff Report and responded to questions posed by the Oversight
Board.
On motion of Board Member Hazlett, seconded by Board Member
Burroughs, duly carried by the following vote, the Oversight Board adopted
Resolution No. OB 2014-03, A Resolution of the Oversight Board for the
Successor Agency to the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency
Approving A Seventh Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS
14/15B) for the Period of January 1, 2015 Through June 30, 2015

Hazlett, Dale Shaffer, Scott Wiles, Vice Chair
Linda Payne and Chair Steven Peacock
