RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Cartemt (the
"Borough") that the Mayor and Borough Clerk be and are hereby authorized to
execute the attached collective bargaining agreement between the Borough and
the Teamsters Local 97 on behalf of the School Crossing Guards.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect
immediately.
Adopted this 15th day of June 2000
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on June 16th, 2000.
