AUTHORIZING BIDS - TV INSPECTION & CLEANING OF
SAi'fITARY & STORM SEWERS-CARTERET ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in
need of television inspection and cleaning of sanitary and storm sewers as part of the
Carteret Road Program; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
l. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications for television inspection and
cleaning of sanitary and storm sewers for the Carteret Road Program and
are further authorized to advertise for the receipt of formal bid proposals
therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Agent and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 20th day of May, 2010
and certified as a true copy the
original on May 21, 2010.
