(15-0498) Attachments: Audio I. CALL TO ORDER Chair Peacock, called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. II. ROLL CALL Cesar Hernandez, Oversight Board Staff, called the roll: Present: Board Members Catherine Burroughs, James Hazlett, Dale Shaffer, Vice Chair Linda Payne and Chair Steven Peacock Absent: Board Member Brian Haworth Vacancies: County Special District III. STAFF COMMUNICATIONS This time is set aside for Successor Agency staff to update the Board on important items initiated by staff or previously requested by the Oversight Board. There were none. January 26, 2015 Temple City Oversight Board Statement of Proceedings IV. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS 1. Recommendation: Approve the minutes for September 22, 2014. (15-0376) On motion of Vice Chair Payne, seconded by Board Member Shaffer, duly carried by the following vote, the Oversight Board approved the Meeting Minutes of September 22, 2014: Ayes: Board Members Catherine Burroughs, James Hazlett, Dale Shaffer, Vice Chair Linda Payne and Chair Steven Peacock 5 - Absent: Board Member Haworth 1 - Vacancies: County Special District 1 - Attachments: 09-22-14 Temple City Draft Minutes V. RECOMMENDATIONS 2. Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving the Successor Agency Administrative Budget for the period of January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015. (15-0377) Tracey L. Hause, Administrative Services Director, presented an overview of the Staff Report and responded to questions posed by the Oversight Board. After discussion, on motion of Vice Chair Payne, seconded by Board Member Shaffer, duly carried by the following vote, the Oversight Board adopted Resolution No. OB 2015-01, A Resolution of the Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency Approving an Administrative Budget for the Period of January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015 Ayes: Board Members Catherine Burroughs, James Hazlett, Dale Shaffer, Vice Chair Linda Payne and Chair Steven Peacock 5 - Absent: Board Member Haworth 1 - Vacancies: County Special District 1 - Attachments: Staff Report Administrative Budget Resolution Page 2 January 26, 2015 Temple City Oversight Board Statement of Proceedings VI. Hause, Administrative Services Director, introduced new City Manager Bryan Cook. Mr. Cook briefly addressed the Temple City Oversight Board. 4. Public Comment (15-0398) There were none. 5.
