AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SULLIVAN FIELD
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in need of
improvements to Sullivan Field for the Borough's residents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County oflvIiddlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications for improvements to Sullivan Field and
are further authorized to advertise for the receipt of formal bid proposals
therefore.
2. That a copy oftl1is resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Agent
and the Borough Engineer.

and certified as a true copy the
original on May 21, 2010.
