CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.94-79
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
TO ROBERT PEPIN
WHEREAS, Robert Pepin (the "Applicant") has requested approval to plat his
property of approximately 37 acres located near Lake Peter and Pioneer Trail; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the Applicant's preliminary plat
for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city and following
a public hearing on November 9, 1994, recommended granting preliminary approval
to said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval for the plat of the Applicant's property
is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat must provide the drainage and utility easements required
by the city engineer;
2. The Applicant must submit title evidence to the city attorney for his
review in order to identify the necessary parties to sign the plat;
3. The justification for allowing the creation of a lot which does not meet
the minimum lot size requirement is that it is an existing site located
between Lake Peter and Pioneer Trail and the Applicant has no adjacent
land to add to it;
4. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180
days of the date of approval of this resolution or an extension of such
time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and
5. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount
necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this
application.
Dated: December 20 , 1994.
