RESOLUTION NO. 94-80
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
TO DENNIS HECKER
WHEREAS, Dennis Hecker (the "Applicant") has requested approval for a plat
of property containing approximately 40 acres and located at 3072 Willow Drive; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the Applicant's preliminary plat
for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city and following
a public hearing on November 9, 1994, recommended granting preliminary approval
to said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval for the plat of the Applicant's property
is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The final plat must provide the drainage, utility and wetlands
easements required by the city engineer;
2. The Applicant must submit title evidence to the city attorney for his
review in order to identify the necessary parties to sign the plat;
3. The Applicant must provide an easement for driveway purposes over
the front lot for the benefit of the rear lot in a form satisfactory to the
city attorney;
4. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180
days of the date of approval of this resolution or an extension of such
time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and
5. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount
necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this
application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
John Ferris and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Ferris, Thies,
and the following voted against same:
none
and Mayor Anne Theis.
Absent: James Johnson and Philip Zietlow.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted .
