PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 39, lot 1, and Block 273 lot 10 Cl008 were
aqquired by the Borough of Carteret in 2009, and.
WHEREAS, due to these acqu.isitionsl the balance of taxes for
2009 should be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the
Tax Collector cancels taxes as follows:
