HomeMy Public PortalAbout1994-081Member Ann Thies introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 94-81 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO DONALD PEARSON AND MICHAEL SEALAND WHEREAS, Donald Pearson and Michael Sealand (the "Applicants") have requested approval for a plat of their properties located on Homestead Trail; and WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the Applicants' preliminary plat for its conformance with the ordinances and requirements of the city and following a public hearing on November 9, 1994, recommended granting preliminary approval to said plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval for the Applicants' plat is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final plat must provide the drainage and utility easements around the Pearson property as required by the city engineer; 2. The Applicants must submit title evidence to the city attorney for his review in order to identify the necessary parties to sign the plat; 3. The final plat must be submitted to the zoning administrator within 180 days of the date of approval of this resolution or an extension of such time must be granted by the city council prior to its expiration; and 4. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for its expenses in reviewing this application. Dated: December 20 , 1994.
