resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-82
RESOLUTION APPROVING 1994 TAX LEVY,
COLLECTIBLE IN 1995
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a budget for the
operations of the City of Medina for the 1995 calender year,
containing the following appropriations out of the General Fund:
General Government $346,509
Public Safety $727,987
Public Works $408,055
Parks $ 30,858
Recycling $ 27,983
WHEREAS, the anticipated revenues for the 1995 calender year,
including Homestead and Agricultural Aid, is $746,898; and
WHEREAS, a Truth in Taxation hearing was held on December 7,
1994 after publication of notice of said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that a property tax levy
of $794,494 be levied upon the taxable property in the City of
Medina for taxes payable in 1995 and herein be certified to the
Hennepin County Auditor.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Ferris and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Thies, and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against: none
and the following were absent: James Johnson and Philip Zietlow.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
20th day of December , 1994.
