resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-83
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the City Clerk -Treasurer be hereby authorized to
transfer the following funds:
1. $48,426.57 from the General Fund to the 1985 G.O. Debt Service
Fund.
2. $143,395.59 from the TIF Capital Projects Fund to the TIF
Debt Service Fund.
3. $196,900.50 from the General Fund to the Clydesdale Trail/
Willow Drive Improvement Fund.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Ferris and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Thies, Philip Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against: None.
and the following were absent: James Johnson.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
20th day of December , 1994.
