1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Chavez called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 10:25 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member-Fish, Man, Sternquist, Yu, Chavez
ABSENT: Member-None
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cook, Agency Attorney Vail, Agency
Secretary Kuo, and Community Development Director

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Agency member Sternquist made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar.
Seconded by Vice-Chair Yu and carried by the following votes:

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes
of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency meeting April 21, 2015.
Action: Approved.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 15-5084-SA -APPROVAL OF
PAYMENT OF BILLS
The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 15-5084-SA
authorizing payment of bills.
Action: Adopted Resolt..:tion No. 15-5084-SA.
