Deployment of Personnel
Each contract item has an annual goal of hours/minutes
for deployment in Temple City (i.e., contract minutes).
Contract minutes are reviewed monthly by the Captain
and City staff. The target range for contract minute
compliance is between 98% to 102%.
At this time Temple City’s contract minute compliance
rate is 101%.
